Filter the 165+ fabrics for pet-friendly and machine-washable, then hold the real thing: the swatches are free and mailed in 2 to 3 days. The zip covers are removable on all styles, so a muddy paw is a wash cycle, not a replacement sofa.

The cushions are 2.5lb high resilient foam, CertiPUR-US certified, built to hold their shape past ten years rather than flatten in two. It is made in California and built start to finish for you in 4 to 5 weeks. That is not a wait for stock to ship. That is the time it takes to make yours.
The couch is super comfortable and we haven’t had any complaints with anything sagging or losing shape.

You give us the wall it sits against and the way people move past it, and we build to those measurements. Left-hand chaise or right. A sectional, a sofa, or a longer run for a wide room. It was hard to find a comfortable chaise sofa that fit in our apartment without overwhelming the space.
Delivered and set up

Nearly every sofa ships white glove: a two-person team carries it inside (up to three flights) and sets it up in the room you choose. The packaging leaves with them. Delivery runs $149 to $289 depending on your order total, and you see the number at checkout before you pay. A few remote areas get doorstep delivery instead. Most sofas are in the house within 5 to 7 weeks of ordering.
Ordering was easy and the delivery folks did the setup super fast.

Delivery details
60 days to return it, in like-new condition. There is a 15% return processing fee and a pickup charge we quote before you decide, so nothing is sprung on you. Original delivery fees are
not refunded. Before your build is approved, you can change or cancel at no cost.
Returns and exchanges
Lifetime warranty on the frame and suspension. One year on cushions and fabric against manufacturing defects. Report delivery damage within 72 hours and it gets repaired or replaced.
Warranty terms
A real designer, free. They check your dimensions and fabric picks. Then they render your actual room in 2D and 3D before anything is built. Family-owned for 20+ years, with a showroom in San Jose if you want to sit first.
