Handcrafted frame built to last
Kiln-dried, corner-blocked solid wood frame — kiln-drying removes residual moisture so the frame won't warp or grow mildew, even in humid climates, while every corner is reinforced with a wood brace for lasting strength.
8-gauge sinuous springs — heavy-gauge springs are securely fastened across the seat to evenly distribute weight, keeping your sofa supportive and comfortable for years
Limited lifetime warranty — the frame, suspension, and construction-related components are covered for life against manufacturing defects that affect structural integrity

Foam built to hold its shape for years, not months
Every seat cushion uses 2.5 lb High Resilience (HR) foam, which is denser than the 1.5 to 2.0 lb foam common in fast furniture, so your cushions don't sag, and stay supportive and comfortable for years.
All foam is CertiPUR-US® certified: tested and verified free of ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates.
Cushions are wrapped in your choice of Dacron or trillium, and various firmness levels are offered.

Fabric tested well beyond everyday wear
Every fabric we source is free of PFAS/PFOA and unwanted "forever chemicals" that harm the planet and our health.

Built to last for years. Many of our fabrics are rated at 100,000 double rubs, which is considered commercial grade.
Select fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold® certified and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning every thread, dye, and finish has been tested for harmful substances and has low chemical emissions.
