Choose Durable, Easy to Clean Fabrics
Here are some key things you want to look for in pet-friendly fabrics:
- Tight weave: Resists clawing from cats and prevents snags.
- Low pile: Shorter fibers reduce the risk of catching or pulling.
- High rub count: Ensures durability against daily wear and tear.
- “W” cleaning code: Allows for easy maintenance with water-based cleaning, meaning you can simply toss them in the washing machine.
Most of our cushion covers are removable which make cleaning up after pets much easier.

Ideal Sofa Colors for Pets
- Neutral colors: Beige, grey, or taupe are great for hiding pet hair and stains.
- Darker colors like charcoal, navy, or chocolate brown can camouflage pet hair and dirt. Although be aware that they may fade or wear out faster with frequent washing.
Avoid light colors (white, cream, pastels) as it will show pet hair, dirt, and accidents much more easily, requiring frequent cleaning.

Shorter Legs
Sofas with shorter legs are less prone to tipping, especially if your pets love to jump up and down from the couch.
Firm Cushions
Firm cushions offer more support and are less likely to sag with repeated pet use.
Wide Seats
If your pet loves lounging, look for sofas with wide seats or deep cushions that give your pet plenty of room to stretch out comfortably.
Corner Sofas
