We take pride in the quality of our furniture and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please inspect your item upon delivery and let us know if you notice any issues. If something isn’t right, contact us and follow the appropriate steps outlined below for your furniture type.

Returns
We want you to love your furniture, but if it's not the right fit we're here to help.

Return Window
You can return your custom furniture within 60 days of delivery, as long as it’s in new or like-new condition. We’re unable to accept returns for items with:
- Stains, scratches, or damage
- Signs of wear or misuse
- Any alterations after delivery
Return Fees
- 15% return processing fee
- Return pickup charges apply and vary by location. Fees will be quoted in advance and we’ll coordinate pickup from your home.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
- Special Orders (custom requests beyond our standard website options)
- COM (Customer’s Own Material) orders
Delivery Fit Issues
Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture will fit through entryways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and into the intended room.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to fit, it will be treated as a customer return
- A 15% return processing fee plus pickup/redelivery charges will apply

Exchanges
Exchanges for preference-based changes are processed as returns. If you’d like to change your sofa (size, configuration, or fabric), we’ll treat it as a return of the original piece and a new order.

We accept exchanges on custom furniture in the following cases:
- Production errors or delivery damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
- Manufacturer defects are covered within 60 days of delivery
To request an exchange or report an issue, please submit a damage claim here. A member of our team will follow up within 1-3 business days.
Changes & Cancellations
You can make changes or cancel your order anytime before your final work order is reviewed and approved by our team.
Once your order is finalized:
- You’ll have 72 hours to make changes at no additional fee (any price differences will still apply).
- After 72 hours, changes may still be possible, but are reviewed case by case and may include a change fee depending on production status
- Once your order enters production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
If you selected our "Buy Now, Decide Later option", you can change or cancel your order at any time for a full refund with no penalties, up until you choose your fabric and finalize your order.

Non-Custom Furniture & Case Goods
Returns
If it’s not the right fit, you can return non-custom items within 60 days of delivery, as long as they’re in new or like-new condition.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Items will be inspected upon return and must be:
- Unassembled
- Free of damage, stains, or alterations
We can arrange a pickup from your home for an additional fee. Returns may be declined if the item is not in resalable condition.
