Furniture Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We take pride in the quality of our furniture and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please inspect your item upon delivery and let us know if you notice any issues. If something isn’t right, contact us and follow the appropriate steps outlined below for your furniture type. 

 

Custom Furniture and Special Orders

 

Returns

We want you to love your furniture, but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help. Start your return by submitting your request here.

Return Window

You can return your custom furniture within 60 days of delivery, as long as it’s in new or like-new condition. We’re unable to accept returns for items with:

  • Stains, scratches, or damage
  • Signs of wear or misuse
  • Any alterations after delivery
Return Fees
  • 15% restocking fee
  • Pickup fee (we’ll coordinate pickup from your home)
  • Original delivery fee is non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
  • Special Orders (custom requests beyond our standard website options)
  • COM (Customer’s Own Material) orders
  • Clearance products


Exchanges

We accept exchanges on custom furniture if it becomes damaged upon delivery as long as it’s reported within 72 hours from the day the order is received. We accept exchanges within 60 days if the piece has a manufacturer defect. To request an exchange or address damage, please file a claim. A team member will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Changes & Cancellations

You can make changes or cancel your order before your final work order has been reviewed and approved by our team.

After that:

  • Within 72 hours of confirming your work order: Changes or cancellations may be subject to a 10% fee
  • After 7 days: Changes or cancellations may be subject to a 20% fee

If you selected our "Buy Now, Decide Later option", you can change or cancel your order at any time for a full refund with no penalties, up until you choose your fabric and finalize your order.

Because each piece is custom-made, production may begin shortly after your order is finalized, which is why fees may apply beyond these timeframes.

Non-Custom Furniture & Case Goods

 

Returns

If it’s not the right fit, you may return non-custom furniture within 60 days of delivery, as long as it’s in new or like-new condition.

Returned items will be inspected, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method (including applicable taxes), minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Need help with the return? We can arrange a pickup from your home for an additional fee.

To be eligible for return, items must be unassembled and free of damage, stains, or alterations. Returns may be declined if the item is not in resalable condition.
