Lifetime Coverage: Frame & Construction
Your sofa is built on a foundation designed for long-term durability. We offer a lifetime warranty on:
- Frame
- Suspension system
- Construction-related components
This covers manufacturing defects that impact the structural integrity of the piece under normal residential use.
1-Year Coverage: Cushions & Fabric
We offer a 1-year warranty on cushions and fabric against manufacturing defects. This includes:
- Issues with material construction
- Premature failure due to defects in workmanship
- Abnormal loss of resiliency, defined as visible sagging or flattening that does not recover after fluffing and 24 hours of rest
Our cushions are designed to provide long-lasting support and comfort. It’s normal for cushions to soften slightly as they break in.
All evaluations are based on normal residential use and proper care.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal softening or gradual loss of firmness over time
- Comfort preference (e.g. cushion feels too soft or too firm)
- General wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage from misuse, improper support, or excessive weight
- Stains, spills, or discoloration
- Pet-related damage (scratching, chewing, etc.)

How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your item qualifies under warranty:
- Submit a claim with photos and a brief description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 1-3 business days
- If approved, we’ll work with you on the best resolution, whether that’s a repair or replacement
