Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thanks for participating in the What A Room Referral Program. We designed this program to reward customers for sharing What A Room with friends and family. If you have questions about the referral program, please contact: info@whataroom.com

By participating, you agree to the terms below.

1. How the Referral Program Works

Share your personal referral link with friends and family.

When someone uses your referral link and places an eligible order:

  • Your friend receives $300 off their first What A Room order

  • You receive a $300 referral reward

Rewards are issued after the referred order is delivered and verified.


2. Referral Offer Eligibility (Friend Offer)

To receive the referral discount:

  • Must be a new What A Room customer

  • Order subtotal must be $3,000 or more

  • Referral link must be used at the time of purchase

  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or trade pricing.

If multiple offers are available, only one offer may be applied.


3. Referral Reward Eligibility (Referrer Reward)

Referral rewards are issued once:

  • The referred order is successfully completed

  • Payment is collected

  • The order is delivered

  • The order remains eligible under program requirements

Referral rewards will not be issued for:

  • Canceled orders

  • Refunded orders

  • Returned orders

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Self-referrals

  • Orders that violate program terms


4. Reward Delivery

Qualified rewards will be issued as either:

  • Digital Visa eGift Card, or

  • PayPal Cash

Rewards are typically delivered within 14 days after successful delivery and approval.

Reward delivery details may be collected after your reward becomes eligible.


5. Referral Limits

There is currently no limit to the number of referral rewards you can earn.

Program limits and eligibility requirements may be updated in the future as the program evolves.

Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the stated reward.

 

6. Self-Referrals Are Not Allowed

You may not refer yourself.

Orders placed using your own referral link, duplicate accounts, or purchases intended to generate your own reward are not eligible.


7. Fair Use

To keep the program fair for everyone, What A Room reserves the right to review referral activity.

We may withhold or reverse rewards in cases of:

  • Duplicate referrals

  • Misleading promotion

  • Spam or unauthorized distribution

  • Abuse of the program

  • Activity inconsistent with the intent of the referral program


8. Program Changes

What A Room may update, pause, or end the referral program at any time.

Any approved rewards before program changes will continue to be honored.
