Furniture Shipping & Delivery

We make delivery as simple and straightforward as possible.

Most custom furniture orders are delivered with white glove service, depending on delivery location. Delivery fees typically range from $149-$289 based on your order total. Custom furniture is built to order, and shipping transit begins once production is complete.

 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees generally range from $149-$289 based on your order total.

Shipping costs:
$149 - Order total less than $2,000
$189 - Order total $2,000.01 to $4,000
$289 - Order total $4,000.01 and up

Your delivery charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before shipment if special arrangements are needed.

 

White Glove Delivery

Most custom furniture orders are delivered with white glove service, depending on delivery location.

White glove delivery includes:

  • Room-of-choice placement
  • Basic setup or assembly
  • Packaging removal
  • Up to 3 flights of stairs, where access is safe and practical. Deliveries requiring 4 or more flights of stairs may require an additional fee

Depending on your location, white glove delivery may be performed by our own team or a trusted delivery partner.

 

Threshold Delivery in Some Areas

In some areas, white glove delivery may not be available. In these cases, delivery will be made via threshold delivery to your doorstep or building entrance.

Threshold delivery does not include in-home placement, assembly, packaging removal, or stair carry.

 

Local Delivery

Customers in the Bay Area, CA may receive delivery by our own team or a local delivery partner. When eligible, local delivery includes in-home placement, setup, and packaging removal.

 

Delivery Timing

Once your order ships, transit time is typically 7-14 business days. Deliveries usually take place Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been picked up from the warehouse.

When your order reaches the local delivery hub, the delivery team or carrier will typically contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule your appointment or provide an estimated delivery window.

For Bay Area local deliveries, customers are typically contacted 1-2 days in advance with a 2-3 hour delivery window.

Delivery appointments are generally routed based on geography and carrier scheduling, so exact time requests may not always be available.

If you know ahead of time that you can’t accept delivery during a certain timeframe, or prefer delivery after a specific date, we can hold your order at our warehouse at no additional cost until you’re ready. Please contact us in advance to let us know your delivery timing preferences.


Delivery Requirements & Special Conditions

We recommend reviewing our Delivery Measuring Guide before ordering to help ensure your furniture fits into your home safely.

Additional delivery charges may apply in certain situations, including:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery areas
  • Limited carrier access
  • Commercial locations, warehouses, or buildings with special scheduling requirements
  • Deliveries requiring 4 or more flights of stairs

White glove delivery includes up to 3 flights of stairs where access is safe and practical. Deliveries requiring 4 or more flights of stairs are subject to a $75 flat stair fee.

Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture will fit through all entryways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points before placing an order.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the item does not fit or access limitations were not disclosed in advance, additional return shipping, redelivery, or restocking charges may apply.

 

Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, note it at the time of delivery and submit a claim within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

 

Missed Deliveries, Storage & Redelivery

Additional fees may apply if a scheduled delivery is missed, rescheduled after the order has already been routed or staged, delayed at your request, or cannot be completed due to undisclosed access issues.

These may include redelivery, storage, held shipment, or other carrier-related handling fees.

 

Delivery Delays

We work hard to meet estimated delivery timelines, but delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier scheduling, transit disruptions, remote delivery locations, or high seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
