Freight delivery is used for furniture exceeding parcel carrier limits in size and weight.
- Shipping time is approximately 9-16 business days, Mon–Fri and during daytime hours.
- Handled by selected shipping companies in partnership with us.
- Deliveries are made to the door. (for more information about white glove service or in-home delivery please email support@whataroom.com for details about your location and specific needs).
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery. Signature is required.
- We currently do not ship large furniture to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other United States territories & Internationally

Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us and outbound and return shipping charges plus a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
