Return Details

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. 

All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 10% of the purchase price, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame.


There are a few items that can't be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom orders
  • Items marked "non-returnable"
  • Floor models
  • Items you have already assembled

Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are non refundable. What A Room Furniture Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable. Prices paid at the time of purchase are final. Returns on purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by mailed check after ten (10) business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds by credit card will post to your account within three (3) business days.

 

Please measure your space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products from us to ensure that they will fit into your home. If a product does not fit, it will be sent back to us and outbound and return shipping charges plus a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@whataroom.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
