What A Room guarantees that the frame and suspension system of its sofas will be free from manufacturer’s defects for its lifetime. This includes structural damages, but not damages from use. Modifications made to the structure by the customer, including installation of third party legs, waives this guarantee. Additionally, all fabric, leather, cushioning, seams, and tufting for custom upholstery is covered by a 3 year limited warranty.

The term Lifetime refers to the normal useful life of the product. No warranty expressed or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, incorrect or inadequate installation, maintenance, cleaning or care. Warranty is applicable to the original owner and original delivery address only.
